Track Your Order
You can follow your parcel from our warehouse to your door.
How Tracking Works
• You receive an order confirmation email immediately after your purchase.
• Once your parcel leaves our warehouse, you receive a second email containing your tracking number and tracking link.
• Use the link below to check the status of your shipment at any time.
Before You Worry
• Tracking information can take up to 48 hours to show its first scan. This is normal and does not mean anything is wrong.
• Processing takes 1 to 3 business days and transit takes 4 to 6 business days, so expect delivery within 5 to 9 business days from the order date.
• During peak periods, public holidays or adverse weather, please allow an extra 3 business days.
Orders With Multiple Items
Orders containing several items may be sent in separate parcels and arrive on different days. Each parcel has its own tracking number. You are never charged extra for this.
Still Cannot Find Your Parcel?
If your tracking has not updated for more than 5 business days, or your order has passed the expected delivery window, email us at info@leroyalboutique.com with your order number. We will chase it with the carrier and get back to you within 24 hours on business days.
